General Information

Our goal is to ship your order within +2 weeks. Shipping day is typically wednesday. it could take as much as 3-4weeks depending upon volume and part supply issues. out custom work can take 3+ weeks. be patient. longest time it took us to ship has been about 4 weeks. If you have tight leadtime, make sure you put this into your schedule and consideration. We will ONLY SHIP TO ADRESS ON the PAYPAL SHIPPING. There has been too many confusion due to changing addresses and volume that we receive. Please change the address on Paypal if you need item shipped to another place. You can easily change the address on paypal, if you need to have it shipped to another address. When the parts are cut and ready to assemble, You will receive a email from USPS. Generally, it ships the next day, but it can take another week if I misse the wednesday deadline. Besides that, Every year, we will be closed during last week and 1st week of the year. We need this time off to do inventory and cleaning, as well as resting. We will accept orders during this time, but nothing gets made or shipped during this time. For this year, We are also planning on closing 1 week or so during april time period. I will post exact time, as we get it confirmed. So, if you need items before this time, please order early.

Shipping, Payment and other Instruction

Standard US and international shipping is added during checkout. You can also choose Express mail shipping during checkout. Our normal shipping day is wednesday. We are busy making parts on the weekend, assembly on monday/tuesday. occasionally we ship on other day of the week(especially small in stock items. This makes it so that you can receive your goods by friday/saturday. We've been having lot of international orders, luckily, Paypal have upgraded their software so that we can do international shipping now automatically during checkout. :) We've had some issues with international shipping on occasion. Generally, we do ok on it, but if it takes over 1 month, please contact us and we will try to track it down. if not, we will resend the item and claim insurance. Generally, we try to keep this cost down to a minimum We've had lot of experience shipping via Priority, firstclass and express (EMS) mail, Since first class international is not tracked or insured, we only use it for smaller cheaper items and only to Europe. otherwise, we ship priority or EMS, which ships insured. (undervalue, but enough to cover my cost of material)

Payment information: We normally take Paypal only. We can also accept check or money order please contact us if that is your preferred method of payment

refund information: if the item was never assembled, we will issue full refund less shipping. It need to be in original condition. Also, you have 30 days from date of receipt, to get a refund. the return package has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. For minor issues, we will work with you to fix it. We are a small shop, and we have been known to make mistakes. We will make good on any issues and mistake on our part. If it has been used, we will refund less 20% restocking fee. We cannot resell it as new, and we normally sell these for 20% discount. in most cases, you can resell for more than this to another buyer. 20% warrantee applies to lifetime of the original owner. generally, you almost never need repairs that cost more than that, even if you buy it second hand. At any rate, There is part price list available. The part are only sold to existing owner of mounts. If you have older mount (v1.0) we will offer you an option to upgrade to latest setup.(this also applies to second hand owner)
